Dark Witchery does not engage in reversals of energy once an offering has been accepted. If you have chosen to exchange your resources for knowledge, spells, or handcrafted items, that exchange is final.Choose wisely before committing, as majick does not flow backward.

 

The Dark Pact of Transactions (Refund Policy Basics)

By engaging in commerce with Dark Witchery, you agree to the following:

1. No refunds on spells, rituals, or readings. Once a spell has been cast or a reading has been performed, the energy is set in motion. There is no reversing a spell’s course, nor can a reading be “unseen.”

2. No refunds on digital products or courses. Knowledge, once given, cannot be taken back. If you purchase a course, PDF, or digital grimoire, it is yours—no returns.

3. Subscription cancellations do not result in refunds. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but previous payments are non-refundable.

4. Physical items may be refunded only if damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives broken or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Evidence (such as a photograph) may be required to confirm the issue.

 

The Sacred Laws of Refunds

If a refund exception is granted (which is rare), it will only apply under the following conditions:

 

You were charged in error – If our system glitched and you were accidentally charged twice, we will correct it.
 

Your physical item arrived in pieces – No one enjoys a shattered crystal ball. If a product arrives broken due to shipping, we will work with you for a resolution.

“I changed my mind” is not a valid reason for a refund. Shadow witches do not waver in their decisions.
 

“The spell didn’t work instantly” is not a valid reason for a refund. Majick is not a fast-food order—it takes time, alignment, and personal energy to manifest.
 

“I didn’t read the description” is not our fault. If you purchase a service or item without reading what it includes, that is on you.
